FAQ

If you have a venue, please contact me via email on deb@petalsflower.com.  Please include two photographs of the venue plus a small write up that we can add and your contact details. We would be happy to add any nearby venues!

Direct to florist is an extra service for our customers provided in conjunction with florist2florist ,that they can order themselves via the Internet at any time from the comfort of their own home/office knowing that the executing florist is local and in the area needed,and with it being a reputable florist ,a great service for our busy customers. We also provide an in house relay service for those that prefer to place the order in person ,or perhaps would like a little advice or help when placing the order, which we are always happy to give, the orders will be made and executed by the receiving florist. In the rare event of a problem occurring head quarters will be more than happy to rectify any problems if they cant be resolved in-house.

For weddings ,it is always best to ring and talk to us and check that the required date is free, we can do this over the phone if you are to busy to call in we can book the date. We do require a £50 non refundable deposit for wedding events after booking.

In the case of funerals it always best to ring with your individual requests and we will do everything we can to accommodate you and hopefully ease what we are aware is a very difficult time.

We deliver from Abergavenny to Brecon ,and if we don't cover it our relay service will be able to help, we aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction ,we pride our selves on exceptional service
